This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on digi4age.com, operated by Boğaziçi University (the “University”; coordinator of the DIGI4AGE Consortium). The data controller is Boğaziçi University; your personal data are processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Personal Data Protection Authority’s Guide on Cookie Practices.

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser by the websites you visit. They are used to make the site work properly, to remember your preferences and, where you have consented, to compile usage statistics. In this policy, the term “cookie” also covers pixel tags, local storage and similar tracking technologies.

We currently use no third-party analytics or marketing cookies on our site. If such technologies are added in the future, they will be recorded in the table above together with their providers, purposes and retention periods, and enabled only with your consent.
Google Maps on the contact page is not loaded unless you click “Show map”. When you click it, the map is loaded by Google; your IP address and browser information are sent to Google (abroad) and Google may set its own cookies. These cookies are subject to Google’s privacy policy.
